Job Description/Skills Required
- Corporate credit cards management – includes managing applications, maintenance of an up to date tracker, credit limits, usage, helping employees in case of queries & issues, deactivating & cancellation of cards, cash back management, front ending relationship with the Bank etc
- Payment related activities – includes loading payment files in a timely manner after ensuring all checks and balances, co-ordinating with the signatories to ensure timely authorization of the payments, review of daily bank statements and proactively identifying and escalating any issues in the same, cash flow analysis, publishing monthly payment cycle calendar etc
- Other activities – Vendor NEFT details registration with the Banks, placement of FDs and getting monthly confirmation of balance from the banks and reconciling it with the Trial Balance, pulling payroll reports for necessary entries
- Process adherence – Ensuring all processes relating to the the Payments and credit cards are assiduously followed and all aspects of Risk and Controls in the areas handled are managed well
- Any other task that may be assigned from time to time
