Available Positions:

1+ Years of Experience (OTC)

Graduation in Commerce

• Cash Application and allocation
• Collections connecting with customers through emails and phone
• Understanding of Credit Management
• Credit Insurance and follow-up
• Forecasting of cash flows
• Order approvals
• Other Monthly Reporting
• Good written and verbal communication
• Hands-on working knowledge of SAP
• 1 Plus years of experience

2+ Years of Experience (RTR)

Responsibilities

• Journal entry processing
• Balance sheet reconciliation (Blackline)
• Intercompany accounting
• Month-end tasks end reporting
• Fixed asset accounting
• Inventory accounting (limited requirement)
• Standard costing (limited requirement)
• Good written and verbal communication
• Hands-on working knowledge of SAP

2+ Years of Experience (PTP)

Responsibilities

• Invoice Processing PO and Non-PO
• Payment processing and Banking
• Vendor Query Resolution
• Employee expense Processing
• Statement Reconciliation
• Vendor Clearing
• Other monthly reporting
• Good written and verbal communication
• Hands-on working knowledge of SAP
• 2 Plus years of experience.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: B.B.A/ B.M.S in Any Specialization, B.Com
• Experience: Relevant experience in RTR/GL, PTP, or OTC processes depending on the position.

Desired Skills:

• Candidate should have excellent communication in English.
• The candidate should be okay with working at all shift times (Including night shifts).
• The candidate should be okay with working from the office (Can relocate to a nearby location).
• Candidates to carry ear/headphones to the hiring venue for in-person assessments and evaluations
• The candidate should be a commerce Graduate
