About the Roles:
We are seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our dynamic team in the following roles:
- R2R (Record to Report) Senior Associate: Responsible for managing end-to-end record to report processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards.
- OTC (Order to Cash) Senior Associate: Focused on optimizing the order to cash cycle, including order processing, billing, collections, and customer account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- R2R Role:
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities.
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of accounts.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve accounting issues.
- OTC Role:
- Manage order processing and ensure timely billing.
- Oversee collections and account receivables.
- Address customer queries and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in the order to cash cycle.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in R2R or OTC processes.
- Education: Graduation in Commerce, Finance, or related fields.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in relevant accounting software.
