Job Description:
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze organizational data to extract meaningful insights.
- Generate and present regular reports to support decision-making processes.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations for key performance indicators.
Database Management:
- Design, implement, and maintain databases to ensure data accuracy and availability.
- Monitor database performance and implement optimization strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in MIS or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of database management, data analysis tools, and information system security.
