Infosys BPM is hiring experienced professionals in Record to Report (R2R) and Procure to Pay (PTP) roles. If you’re passionate about finance and accounting and possess the required qualifications and experience, we welcome you to join us for a walk-in interview.

Interview Details:

• Date: 13th November 2024 (Wednesday)
• Time: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Available Roles:

1. Record to Report (RTR)
   • Experience: Minimum 2 years in F&A, with 1-2 years in General Ledger
   • Skills Required: Good people management skills, analytical skills, and functional knowledge in F&A
   • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Accounting/Finance (CA Inter, CMA, MBA preferred)
2. Procure to Pay (PTP) / Accounts Payable
   • Experience: Minimum 1 year in Accounts Payable or related fields
   • Skills Required: Strong customer service skills, financial accuracy, and experience in managing supplier communication
   • Education: BCom/BBA/MBA/MCom

Key Requirements:

• Experience Level: 1 to 10 years
• Job Levels: JSL 2A/3A/4B/4A
• Mandatory Skills: SAP experience
• Preferred Shifts: US Shifts
• Notice Period: Immediate joiners or 30 days preferred
• Additional Preparation: Please bring a simple calculator for the domain assessment.

Job Responsibilities:

For R2R Roles:

• Manage accounting processes, reconcile accounts, prepare journal entries, and handle trial balance and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Train team members, ensure deliverable quality, and execute process simplification projects.

For PTP Roles:

• Process invoices, handle accounts payable, communicate with suppliers, and ensure accuracy in financial entries.
• Support financial activities, manage vendor statements, and resolve payment discrepancies.
