Position Details
- Role: AR Analyst (Accounts Receivables – Cash Applications & Collections)
- Experience Required: Freshers to 5 years
- Qualification: Any Graduate (B.Com preferred)
- Shift: US Shift
Job Responsibilities:
Cash Applications:
- Accurately apply cash receipts to customer accounts.
- Review and reconcile bank statements and payment reports.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in payments and invoices.
Collections:
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Communicate with customers about outstanding balances and payment terms.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement offers as needed.
