Job Title:
Accounts Payable & Receivable Executive

Shift Timing:
6:30 PM to 3:30 AM (US Shift)
Note: Cab facility available during logout (only for female candidates). Candidates must arrange their own transport while reporting to work.
Job Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable (AP) Processing: Handle AP invoice processing, vendor management, and payment processing.
- Accounts Receivable (AR) Management: Create and issue invoices, manage collections, and apply cash receipts.
- Reconciliation & Expense Reporting: Ensure accurate reconciliation of accounts and expense management.
- Credit & Risk Management: Monitor credit limits and conduct credit risk assessments.
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Perform aging analysis, journal entries, and financial reporting.
- Month-End & Year-End Closures: Assist in closing financial books monthly and yearly.
- Problem-Solving & Communication: Address queries and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- Prepaid expenses handling and vendor reconciliation
- Experience with Journal Entries and managing Non-Sufficient Funds
- 2-way and 3-way matching processes
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Education: B.Com/M.Com in Commerce
- Experience in Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Immediate joiners preferred

Salary:
Net Pay: INR 27,000 to 29,000 (Excluding PF) for US Shift
