Job Role: Accounts Executive
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Handling bulk payments (NEFT/RTGS, Cheque processing, etc.).
✔ Vendor & Salary Payments, Interbank Transfers.
✔ Bank Reconciliation & Vendor Account Reconciliation.
✔ Petty Cash Management & Expense Recording.
✔ Verifying transaction accuracy before processing.
✔ Generating financial reports as required by other teams.
✔ Proficiency in MS Excel & effective email communication with site accountants.
Eligibility Criteria
✔ Education: B.Com / BBA / BMS / Any Graduate.
✔ Experience: 2 – 6 years in Accounting & Financial Transactions.
✔ Skills Required:
- Proficiency in MS Excel & accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
- Ability to handle high-volume transactions & reconciliations.
- Good email drafting & communication skills.
