✅ Area/Geography Mapping:

Conduct lane-to-lane mapping in assigned geography.

Identify new sources and update supervisors regularly.
✅ Source Relationship Management:

Build and maintain relationships with assigned and identified sources.
✅ Sales Reporting:
-
Maintain daily sales activity reports in prescribed formats.
✅ Channel Partner Recruitment:
-
Assess and appoint new channel partners as per need.
✅ Team Huddles:
-
Attend daily huddles and contribute to team discussions.
✅ Customer Relationship:
-
Improve customer experience through strong follow-ups and relationship management.
✅ Application Completion:

Ensure complete documentation and submission of application forms.
🎓 Candidate Profile

Education: Graduate (any stream)
-
Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales (Mortgage/Home Loan experience is a plus)

Skills: Excellent communication, willingness to travel, relationship building
