Roles & Responsibilities:
Compile and analyze financial information for entry into financial statements and reports.
Make journal entries for recording in the general ledger.
Review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.
Perform bank reconciliations and wire transfers for deposits.
Maintain and coordinate accounting control procedures.
Analyze and review accounting and financial resources for property acquisitions, dispositions, closings, budgets, and expenditures.
Perform specialized tasks for specific functional areas.
Review fixed assets and place assets in service.
Act as liaison to internal and external auditors.
Communicate with on-site and other property managers for pre-close and close activities.
Complete various financial, accounting, administrative reports, and other duties as assigned.
