Job Requirements
- Education:
- Minimum 15 years of regular education (10+2+3)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Commerce or a Postgraduate in Finance preferred
- Experience:
- 1–4 years in finance, reconciliation, or related roles
- Strong knowledge of accounting concepts and reconciliation
- Experience with global stakeholders and cross-functional collaboration
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong communication and process-oriented mindset
- Creative problem-solving abilities
- Adaptability to tight timelines and fluid environments
- Other Requirements:
- Mode of salary credit should be through bank from all previous employers
