Job Description:
- Experience Required: 1-2 years in Bank Reconciliation & Reporting
- Key Responsibilities:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Thorough knowledge of banking reconciliation and reporting systems.
- Experience in posting journals and working on books of account.
- Attention to detail in checking reports for errors before circulation.
- Effective communication with UK counterparts on operational updates and issues.
- Participation in weekly and monthly governance calls to improve process health.
- Automation of reports for time-saving and process improvement.
- Updating process manuals regularly and creating auto-checks on reports.
- Identifying training and development needs and assisting in cross-trainings during peak periods.
- Ensuring timely completion of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks, and streamlining existing reporting processes.
Qualifications:
- Education: B.Com, M.Com, MBA
