🧑💼 Customer Service:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally
- Explain product features, benefits, and availability
- Provide demonstrations and handle basic customer concerns
- Promote customer satisfaction and retention
💸 Sales & Promotion:
- Achieve monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling
- Inform customers about ongoing deals and offers
- Process sales using cash, card, or UPI transactions
🧾 Merchandising & Inventory:
- Stock shelves and arrange visual displays
- Monitor inventory and report low stock
- Participate in inventory audits and stock take exercises
🛠️ Store Maintenance:
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of sales floor
- Ensure merchandise displays are tidy and appealing
🤝 Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with colleagues and management
- Attend training programs and team briefings
- Support with any additional store duties assigned
✅ Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 10+2 pass / diploma holder / undergraduates can apply
- 1–5 years of experience in retail sales or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good with numbers and POS billing
- Flexible to work on weekends and holidays
- Physically fit to handle store floor work (standing/lifting)
