Senior Officer / Accountant / Accounts Executive

Department: Finance & Accounting (RTR, GL, Fixed Assets, Intercompany)

🔑 Key Responsibilities
-
Preparation and posting of journal entries (standard & ad-hoc).
-
Working knowledge of allocations, accruals, GL adjustments, and monthly closing.

Perform bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations.

Prepare accounting entries for acquired businesses.
-
Collaborate with business teams to mitigate variances before book closure.
-
Prepare accounting schedules and reporting deliverables.
📌 Required Skills & Expertise
-
Mandatory: SAP, General Ledger (GL) domain, RTR process knowledge.

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and Blackline / HFM reporting tools.

Strong knowledge of General Accounting, Fixed Assets, Intercompany.

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).

Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
👤 Candidate Profile

Experience: 1–5 years in RTR / GL domain.

Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance).

Shift: UK Shift (Work From Office, 5 days a week).
