📝 Job Description:

As part of the Branch Banking team, Branch Relationship Officers (BROs) are responsible for:

• Mobilizing deposits and building long-term customer relationships.

• Providing financial solutions to both existing and new-to-bank customers.

• Cross-selling banking and third-party products like insurance, mutual funds, loans, etc.

• Ensuring timely processing of customer transactions and service requests.

• Generating referrals and leads for new customers through marketing activities and field visits.

• Engaging customers and introducing them to digital banking channels like Internet Banking, Mobile Banking & WhatsApp Banking.

• Supporting teller operations when required.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly business and sales targets consistently.

• Provide seamless customer service and resolve queries effectively.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory & audit guidelines.

• Handle customer transactions accurately within TAT.

• Participate in branch-level initiatives, campaigns, and drives.

• Maintain proper customer records in CRM.

• Complete mandatory certifications (EUIN, SP, etc.) and learning modules.
