Achieve 100% sales & collection targets.

Conduct marketing activities: leafleting, canopy setup, local sourcing.

Build and maintain customer relationships.

Portfolio management with Operations & Collections teams.
-
Perform customer residence/business verification & document OSV.
-
Coordinate with FI, Collection, Legal & Valuation teams.
-
Prepare Credit Appraisal Memo (CAM) and conduct market reference checks.
-
Ensure timely EMI collections and manage delinquent cases.
-
Support customer onboarding, documentation & query resolution.
-
Maintain compliance with all policies and procedures.

Experience: 3–10 years in sales (preferably BFSI).

Age:Â Max 40 years.

Comfortable with smartphones & computers.

Strong local market knowledge.
