💼 Job Responsibilities

• Achieve 100% sales & collection targets.

• Conduct marketing activities: leafleting, canopy setup, local sourcing.

• Build and maintain customer relationships.

• Portfolio management with Operations & Collections teams.

• Perform customer residence/business verification & document OSV.

• Coordinate with FI, Collection, Legal & Valuation teams.

• Prepare Credit Appraisal Memo (CAM) and conduct market reference checks.

• Ensure timely EMI collections and manage delinquent cases.

• Support customer onboarding, documentation & query resolution.

• Maintain compliance with all policies and procedures.

🎯 Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: 3–10 years in sales (preferably BFSI).

• Age: Max 40 years.

• Comfortable with smartphones & computers.

• Strong local market knowledge.

• Customer-focused with high integrity.

• Strong communication, relationship-building & urgency-driven approach.
