Summary of Vacancy- Senior Consultant – Fund Accounting

Job Role or Description

• Updation & Finalisation of Financial Statements, periodical MIS, Cash Flow & Fund Flow, Budgeting, Book-keeping & Closure of Statutory Audit for group entities like – Trust, LLP w.r.t. Alternate Investment Fund (AIF) accounting.
• Completion of Portfolio Investment and Exit Process (Disinvestment) i.e. Tracking of Unit Statement, Preparation of Distribution Notices and coordinating Distribution Proceeds
• Handling all banking related activities – Receipts & payments along with coordination of FIRC & KYC documents
• Coordination with Fund administrator, AD banker, Custodians for shares transfer/ dematerialisation
• Preparation & Filing of FEMA/RBI Compliances like – FLA, Downstream Investment, INVI & FCTRS forms
• Preparation & Issuance of Revised Drawdown notices, Capital call notices to investors, Contribution Agreements, Capital Term Sheet and GST Invoices
• Statutory Payments and Filings of TDS, TCS, GST, EPF/ESI, Gratuity, Professional Tax, Stamp Duty Charges, Advance Tax and Self-Assessment Tax along with Tax Audit, Reconciliation & Returns
• Compensation structuring, Payroll processing, Payment processing for the vendors, employees & statutory payments, Employee Corporate Health Insurance, Director Insurance
• Preparation of Cash Runway – Net burn – Gross burn and Fixed Deposits Schedule
• Collecting investment, IM Recommendation, Investment binders’ Definitive investment agreements & funds resolution for investment made
• Waterfall (Carry) calculations in line with agreed upon method for each scheme of the fund)
• Tracking different schemes within the fund and maintaining shareholding of investors across each scheme and related investment & NAV
• Working with Investment Manager & Trustee to release the funds for Investments (Domestic & Overseas Investments) & Tracking wire updates
