Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Reporting
- Prepare financial statements in accordance with the Companies Act.
- Manage accounting activities and ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
- Support clients in managing their Finance & Accounts functions.
Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- Manage statutory and regulatory compliances.
- Handle Income Tax, TDS and Advance Tax activities.
- Manage Form 3CD, ITR filing and Form 3CEB.
- Handle monthly and annual GST returns.
- Coordinate statutory audits under the Companies Act and Income Tax Act.
Payroll & Employee Compliance
- Manage end-to-end payroll activities.
- Handle employee onboarding and monthly payroll processing.
- Manage annual POI verification.
- Address employee payroll-related queries.
- Manage payroll compliances including:
- PF
- PT
- LWF
- ESI
Team & Client Management
- Lead, mentor and manage the accounting/compliance team.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of client requirements.
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain smooth service delivery across accounting, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and compliance functions.
