Vertoz is hiring for a Senior Compliance Specialist with practical expertise in Indian and US statutory regulations. The ideal candidate will support compliance frameworks and ensure adherence to financial policies across geographies.
✅ Key Responsibilities:

Manage statutory compliance under Indian regulations (TDS, GST, ROC filings, etc.)

Ensure proper handling of compliance in alignment with US tax and accounting norms

Assist internal audit teams with relevant documentation and reconciliations

Collaborate with legal, accounts, and finance teams for end-to-end governance

Update senior management on risk issues and policy changes
🎯 Candidate Profile:

2 to 6 years of experience in finance or compliance roles

In-depth knowledge of Indian tax laws & exposure to US compliance frameworks

Strong attention to detail, documentation, and reporting skills

Good understanding of IT/consulting company financial structures
