Job Role or Description

• Support Branch Head and RCM with Branch performance reviews and follow-up on actions
• Ensure regular follow-ups (via S&M team) with customers for aging payments, reconciliations & dispute management.
• Ensure adherence to control and compliance requirements for branch and warehouse operations
• Driving of customers / partners for channel finance scheme program.
• Monitor warehousing compliances & controls.
• Perform periodic physical verification of assets & Inventory.
• Provide assistance and data support during periodic statutory / internal audits
• Assist RCM in initiatives for operational excellence at branch, rollout / local automation of other new initiatives.
• Responsible for coordinating and escalating statutory / regulatory compliances.
• Scrap Management by Invite Quotation for Scrap & Finalization after negotiation.
• Validations of schemes payouts including verification of secondary scheme data
• Conduct ASP audit and verification of ROI at defined intervals jointly with the Customer Service team.
