- Mode of Recruitment :
- The competitive examination for the Combined State/Upper Subordinate Services Examination, 2024, will comprise three successive stages, namely: (a) Preliminary Examination (Objective Type & Multiple Choice). (b) Main Examination (Conventional Type, i.e., Written examination) and (c) Viva-Voce (Personality Test).
- The Preliminary examination : The papers will be 200 marks each and of two hours durations. Both the papers will be objective Type & multiple choice in which there will be 150-100 questions Respectively. The timing of paper I will be from 9.30 to 11.30 A.M. and paper II from 2.30 to 4.30 P.M.
- Mains exam : There will be eight papers of total 1500 marks.
- Viva- Voce (Personality Test) : 100 marks
- Fee Structure :
- The application fee is Rs 105/- for Ex-Servicemen, Rs 25/- for PwD, Rs 105/- for SC/ST candidates of UP, and Rs 225/- for other candidates. Payment is to be made online using a debit card, credit card, or net banking.
- How to Apply :
- On or before 02-02-2024, applicants may submit their applications online using the facility offered. Before finishing the application, carefully go over the instructions. The applicant must complete an online application with all of their pertinent personal and academic data in the spots indicated by their certificates. On the online application, candidates must upload scans of their photograph and signature. For future reference, keep a printout of the online application.
