US-Taxation Freshers Walk In From 6th – 9th Dec 2023 At Datamatics

Datamatics is a global provider of Consulting, Information Technology (IT) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services.We are currently hiring Male candidates for our taxation team for US tax -1040 preparer associates

Requirement :

• B.com / BAF / BMS / BBI / M.com or commerce education background candidates preferred.
• Basic theoretical knowledge of accounts & journal entries
• Advantage if having CA firm / accounting experience.
• CFA preparing or Inter CA candidates can too apply
• Comfortable with afternoon or night shifts.

Roles and Responsibility :

• Preparation of US tax returns for individuals (Form 1040)
• Analysis of client provided documents including bank/financial statements, 1099s, tax supporting documents etc.
• Bookmarking of documents
• Posting of queries to client for missing information and clarifications
• Reconciliation data with the tax returns using excel recon sheet.

This is a 5 months of contractual job until April 15, 2024.

Shift : Training in general shift. Post training shift either 3 pm or 11:30 pm.

Working days : Monday to Friday
