🎓 Qualification:
- Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce or Finance
(B.Com, BBA, M.Com, MBA – Finance)
💼 Job Responsibilities:
🔹 Direct Taxes
- Ensure timely completion of TDS, TCS, PF activities
- Process JVs and file tax returns
🔹 Interunit Transactions
- Review interunit balances and confirm entries
- Post entries for clinker transfers and inter-segment transactions
🔹 MIS & Reporting
- Prepare Ughai Reports, debtor balance confirmation reports
- Reconcile MIS with Hyperion data
- Compile working capital variance and raw material aging reports
🔹 Provision Accounting
- Maintain and update provisional accounting entries
- Coordinate with departments for explanations and approvals
- Post JVs and issue debit notes
🔹 General Accounting
- Upload finished goods and RM & Fuel quantity details
- Ensure interunit tally reports are updated across Cement, RMC, and BPD
🔹 Risk Management & Governance
- Maintain data accuracy and minimize system errors
🔹 Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with internal teams for data clarifications and accuracy
🕒 Work Schedule:
- Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Work Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday off)
