Position Details: ✅ Position: Team Member R2R ✅ Openings: 8 ✅ Experience: 2-7 Years ✅ Qualification: B.Com, BBA, M.Com, MBA/PGDM (Finance) ✅ Shifts: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (5 Days Working, Sat-Sun Off) ✅ Location: Pune (Hinjewadi Phase 1)
Roles & Responsibilities: Direct Taxes:
- Handle tax-related activities: TDS, TCS, PF, JV processing, and return filing.
- Ensure accurate Interunit Transactions & timely accounting entries.
MIS and Reporting:
- Prepare Ughai Reports, debtors balance confirmations, and interunit balance tally reports.
- Reconcile MIS vs Hyperion reports for Cement, RMC, and BPD.
Provision Accounting:
- Maintain provisional accounting entries and connect with stakeholders for explanations.
- Issue Debit Notes for marketing and wheeling power.
General Accounting & Risk Management:
- Upload Finished Goods, RM & Fuel Quantity Details in Hyperion.
- Ensure data accuracy for risk management and governance.
Stakeholder Management:
- Resolve queries and ensure accurate report generation.

- Bring a valid government ID for security clearance.
