👤 Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: 2 to 6 years in Indian Accounting (Mandatory)
- Qualification:
- UG: B.Com / BBA
- PG: M.Com / MBA (Finance)
- Candidates who have applied in the last 6 months need not apply again.
🧾 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Invoice Verification & Processing:
- Scrutinize invoices, verify supporting documents, and ensure 3-way match
- Post entries in SAP, update payment terms, apply GST/TDS correctly
- Coordinate with mailroom agents and stakeholders for clarifications
🔹 Reconciliation & Reporting:
- Monthly inter-unit reconciliations and SIT entries
- Handle provisioning and entries at month-end and year-end
🔹 Risk & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, GST, and TDS rules
- Maintain accurate tax codes and ensure proper GST treatment
🔹 Continuous Improvement:
- Participate in UAT for new systems
- Suggest process improvements and system enhancements regularly
🕒 Working Hours & Shift:
- Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Working Days: 5 Days (Saturday & Sunday Off)
