The company is hiring experienced finance professionals with 2–6 years of experience in Accounts Payable (P2P) and Indian accounting. Mandatory Requirements
- Indian Accounting experience is mandatory.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Candidates who have applied to UltraTech within the last 6 months are not eligible.
Key Responsibilities
Process Transformation & Standardization
- Suggest process improvements and system enhancements.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for process and system changes.
- Support digital transformation and process optimization initiatives.
Invoice Verification & Processing
- Scrutinize vendor invoices along with supporting documents as per SOPs.
- Coordinate with mailroom teams and business users to obtain missing documentation.
- Perform three-way matching before invoice processing.
- Process advance adjustments and update payment terms.
- Calculate penalties and debit adjustments where applicable.
- Post invoice accounting entries in SAP.
- Verify invoice data entered into the Case Manager system.
- Ensure timely MIGO updates.
- Support month-end provisioning activities with the R2R team.
- Handle inter-unit transfer entries and respond to invoice-related helpdesk queries.
Review & Reconciliation
- Perform monthly inter-unit reconciliations.
- Prepare reports for the Record to Report (R2R) team.
- Monitor pending freight documentation and follow up with users.
- Ensure Stock-in-Transit (SIT) accounting entries are posted and reversed appropriately.
Risk Management & Governance
- Ensure correct accounting for TDS adjustments.
- Update accurate GST and TCS codes while processing invoices.
- Maintain compliance with statutory requirements and internal controls.
- Follow organizational accounting policies and governance standards.
Continuous Improvement
- Upgrade knowledge of UKSC finance processes.
- Contribute to process excellence, automation, and operational efficiency.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Procure to Pay (P2P) and Accounts Payable processes.
- Experience in invoice verification and three-way matching.
- Vendor invoice processing and reconciliation.
- Month-end closing support.
- Inter-unit reconciliation.
- Working knowledge of SAP ERP.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and TCS accounting.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
