✅ Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification:
- UG: B.Com
- PG: M.Com or MBA/PGDM in Finance
- Experience:
- 2–7 years in Record to Report (R2R), General Ledger, MIS, Provision Accounting, or Taxation
📌 Key Responsibilities:
📚 Direct & Indirect Taxation:
- TDS, TCS, PF processing
- Timely return filing
- Accurate interunit transaction reconciliation
📈 MIS & Reporting:
- Prepare Ughai reports, debtors balance, working capital variances
- Prepare graphs, Hyperion reconciliation reports
- Inventory and raw material aging reports
💰 Provision Accounting:
- Update provisions unit-wise
- Raise Debit Notes for marketing expenses
- Make timely payments and JV postings
🧾 General Accounting:
- Monthly reporting on cement/RMC/BPD units
- Risk & compliance management
- Hyperion system entries
🤝 Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with teams for data clarification
- Escalate anomalies to senior finance members
