📝 Job Responsibilities:

• Acquire new customers through open market leads, referrals, and branch-generated prospects

• Achieve liability product targets (CASA, FD, RD, etc.)

• Manage customer relationships and cross-sell secured loan products

• Drive alternate banking channel usage (ATM, BCs, mobile banking, etc.)

• Support field staff in converting borrowers into liability customers

• Maintain and manage prospect and customer databases

• Share insights and feedback with the Sales Manager – Liabilities

✅ Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 1 to 3 years in CASA sales, banking, or financial product sales

• Age Limit: Up to 34 years

• Gender: Open to both Male & Female candidates

• Education: Any Graduate / Postgraduate
