📝 Job Responsibilities:

Acquire new customers through open market leads, referrals, and branch-generated prospects

Achieve liability product targets (CASA, FD, RD, etc.)

Manage customer relationships and cross-sell secured loan products

Drive alternate banking channel usage (ATM, BCs, mobile banking, etc.)

Support field staff in converting borrowers into liability customers

Maintain and manage prospect and customer databases

Share insights and feedback with the Sales Manager – Liabilities
✅ Candidate Profile:

Experience: 1 to 3 years in CASA sales, banking, or financial product sales

Age Limit: Up to 34 years

Education: Any Graduate / Postgraduate
