💬 About the Role – Lead Champion

Be the Voice that Drives Sales with Titan!
As a Lead Champion, you will be the voice connecting Titan’s products to its customers — helping them choose the perfect watches and accessories.
You’ll get real experience in customer engagement, telesales, and CRM tools like Salesforce.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with potential customers

• Persuade and close leads using Titan-approved scripts

• Coordinate with retail stores and update data in Salesforce

• Represent Titan as a brand ambassador over the phone

• Maintain customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction

🧠 Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (fluency in both is mandatory)

• Good interpersonal skills and confident over the phone

• Strong enthusiasm for sales and customer interaction

• Basic computer and data entry knowledge

• Freshers and experienced professionals are both welcome!

• Hybrid Model: 2 Work From Home days (Saturday & Sunday)
