💬 About the Role – Lead Champion
Be the Voice that Drives Sales with Titan!
As a Lead Champion, you will be the voice connecting Titan’s products to its customers — helping them choose the perfect watches and accessories.
You’ll get real experience in customer engagement, telesales, and CRM tools like Salesforce.
🎯 Responsibilities

Call and follow up with potential customers

Persuade and close leads using Titan-approved scripts

Coordinate with retail stores and update data in Salesforce

Represent Titan as a brand ambassador over the phone

Maintain customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction
🧠 Desired Candidate Profile

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (fluency in both is mandatory)

Good interpersonal skills and confident over the phone

Strong enthusiasm for sales and customer interaction

Basic computer and data entry knowledge
