Job Role or Description
- Oversee the Accounting Function by Proper & accurate accounting of books of accounts. Budgeting and contribution towards Budgeting. Timely & accurately development of transaction MIS & book of accounts. Assist in preparing detailed reports on the company’s financial performance. Maintain up to date PR tracker with complete details Assist in processing invoices. Ensure strict adherence to PR release turnaround time (TAT) Timely and effective responses to all PR related emails and other communication Requirements Working Knowledge of SAP MM and FICO module Working knowledge on MS EXCEL and handling trackers VLOOKUP Good communication skills, written and spoken English. This role will require the candidate to work on weekends and the weekly day off will be given during week days. This maybe rotated on a weekly or fortnightly basis. Graduate in Accounting and Finance Sharp time management skills Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data An ability to work in a fast-paced environment Highly effective cross-functional team management Proactive in execution of tasks assigned and in taking follow-ups from dependent parties to ensure timely execution of tasks
