The Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) has announced recruitment for two contractual, full-time positions: Theme Leader – Gender and Financial Literacy and Associate Manager – Financial Inclusion. The application window is open from January 24, 2025, to February 7, 2025.
Position Details:
- Theme Leader – Gender and Financial Literacy
- Educational Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Social Work, Commerce, Economics, Business Management, Rural Management, or related fields from a recognized institution. Preference for candidates with additional qualifications or a Ph.D. in a relevant discipline.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience with reputable development agencies, NGOs, consultancies, government departments, or microfinance institutions.
- Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as of December 31, 2024.
- Associate Manager – Financial Inclusion
- Educational Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Social Work, Commerce, Economics, Business Management, Rural Management, or related fields from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in designing and implementing development programs, especially those related to enterprise creation, skilling, and social entrepreneurship.
- Age Limit: Maximum 35 years as of December 31, 2024.
SIDBI Recruitment 2025: The Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) is hiring candidates to fill out the posts of Theme Leader- Gender and Financial Literacy and Associate Manager-Financial Inclusion contractual on a full-time basis. The candidate will be appointed on a contractual basis for a tenure period of 02 years. - Analytical skills in gender issues and ability to provide well-grounded, quality analytical inputs with pragmatism and a focus on results.
- Ability to learn quickly, synthesize technical material and distil in a user-friendly manner for multiple audiences. Creativity, with the ability to visualize and distil data.
- Ability to develop effective working relationships with counterparts both inside and outside the SIDBI, including from Governments, civil society organizations, academia and the private sector.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members, contribute productively to the team’s work and output and demonstrate respect for different points of view.
- Strong personal commitment to gender equality.
Associate Manager-Financial Inclusion
- Applicants must have a Post Graduate Degree in Social Work/Commerce/Economics/Business Management/Rural Management and/or any other relevant areas from recognized university / institutions.
- Any additional qualification, in related field would be given preference.
- Demonstrated technical expertise in design, implementation of program of development nature with at-least 3-5 years’ experience.
- Understanding of social development preferably i/r/w enterprise creation, skilling and social entrepreneurship.
- Additional experience in managing large scale livelihood and enterprise related project would be given preference.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
