- In-depth knowledge of applicable laws and its implementation • Effective Managerial & Administrative skills • Proficient in application of General Laws • Ability to analyze legal implications of various issues • Strong Decision-making and problem-solving skills • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work independently, collegially and face new challenges Job Profile To Head the Legal Directorate of the Institute and supervise the following functions:- • To look into the legal affairs of the Institute and provide legal counsel/opinion in the matter put forth by other Departments • To develop legal strategies to promote and protect the Institute’s Interest • To prepare, review and modify legal documents in respect of legal cases • To deal with all legal cases including preparation of legal notices, counter affidavits, keeping record and ensure compliance of the decisions of the Court in the matter
