The Ascent Group is looking for Senior Associate – Financial Reporting.
Location – Pune
Requirements –
• Qualification- CA, CPA, CMA, ACCA, MBA (Finance), CFA, or any course specialized in accounting.
• Experience of 4-6 years in Financial Reporting.
• Experience of Financial Reporting in Hedge Fund and AIF is preferred.
• Experience of Financial Reporting in IFRS, Indian GAAP and US GAAP is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills
• Adaptability
• Highly Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
• Strong accounting knowledge
• Strong knowledge in capital market and derivatives
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Leadership skills
Responsibilities-
• Should have knowledge about the required data for the preparation of financial statements.
• Preparations of Financial statements of Hedge Fund, AIF, Private Equity, Real Estate, Manco etc. multiple GAAPs, mainly in IFRS, US GAAP, Indian GAAP, UK GAAP, UK GAAP, Lux GAAP and Canadian GAAP.
• Should have knowledge about Indian Accounting standard of Alternative Investment Fund, SEBI regulations for AIF, TDS, Advance Tax, Return Filing, GST
• Define the timeline of financial statements with onshore.
• Resolve queries raised by Onshore, Client, Auditor and Director.
• Defining the timeline of financial statements preparation with onshore.
