Job Description/Skills Required
- Role : Associate / Sr. Associate
- Nature of Job : Resolving the queries of the customers via chat and mail
- Qualification : Any Arts and Science and Engineering graduates can apply
- Should have Excellent English communication in verbal and written
- Should have basic knowledge about Customer Support
- Should know how to handle the customers and resolve there issues
- Should be flexible with rotational shifts
- Two way cab will be provided for all shifts (pickup & Drop)
- 5 days working 2 days off
