Job Description/Skills Required

Job Description:

• Hands on experience in CATIA application
• Basic Vehicle architecture (monocoque, space frame, cab-on-frame) Essential Skills.
• Working experience in Passenger & Commercial Vehicle BIW Underbody (Front & Rear Floor, Front End, FEC), Upperbody (Body Side, Roof)
• Experience in development of BIW concepts and component designs.
• Perform technical feasibility checks with respect to material, manufacturing, packaging & product design aspects.
• Sound knowledge of product design & development of BIW part/assemblies.
• Creation and understanding of master sections.
• Knowledge of BIW Joinery definitions and assembly sequence.
• Knowledge of Vehicle Manufacturing & Assembly Process.
• Excellent understanding of Drawings, GD & T and BOM preparation.
• Good knowledge of Teamcenter/PLM
• Should possess good written and verbal communication skills.
