As a Customer Support Executive, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, address customer queries, and deliver an exceptional service experience. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing information, resolving concerns, and ensuring complete satisfaction.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound calls professionally.
- Address and resolve customer queries with empathy and accuracy.
- Provide product/service information and support.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Adapt to a fast-paced, rotational shift environment.
🎯 Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage).
- Strong problem-solving & active listening skills.
- Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends & holidays.
- Customer-centric approach with willingness to go the extra mile.
- Education:Â Graduation not mandatory.
