📌 Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end renewal processes for international customers.
- Communicate professionally via email and calls.
- Engage with customers proactively to ensure timely subscription/contract renewals.
- Collaborate with Account Executives, Customer Success, Sales, and Finance teams.
- Identify and resolve issues related to customer renewals.
- Spot churn risks and work to mitigate them.
- Update and manage renewal data in Salesforce (SFDC).
- Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities and pass them to the right teams.
