💼 Designation: Customer Support Associate – Voice Process (WFO)

Job Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve customer queries via voice calls

• Provide excellent customer support with focus on resolution

• Maintain accuracy and customer satisfaction metrics

• Work as per process SOP and shift timings

🎯 Mandatory Criteria

• Minimum Graduate

• Freshers & experienced candidates can apply

• Excellent verbal communication in English & Hindi

• No major MTI

• Typing Speed: 30 WPM with 90% accuracy

• Must be ready to work in 24/7 rotational shifts

• No planned leave for the first 3 months

• Candidates should not have appeared for Flipkart interviews in the last 3 months

💰 Salary Details (100% Fixed Salary)

• Apprentice (Complete Fresher with no PF account): ₹1,92,100 LPA
