🧾 Job Summary

As a Customer Support Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers—answering queries, resolving issues, and delivering top-notch support via voice and blended channels. This role is work from office based in Noida, with 5-day working weeks and rotational offs.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism

• Provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly

• Maintain customer records and logs

• Ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction

• Work in rotational shifts including weekends

✅ Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong verbal communication skills in English

• Excellent problem-solving and active listening abilities

• Willing to work flexible shifts (including weekends)

• Prior BPO/customer support experience is an advantage

• Graduation not mandatory – anyone with good communication skills can apply
