Roles and Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicating with stakeholders.
- Create and maintain master/planning data in SAP within defined SLAs and complying with Policy/SOP/SWI
- Coordinate master data setup, approvals, and validations with relevant parties.
- Ensure data completeness, data quality, accuracy and consistency of master data across business systems.
- Report risks and issues to Management.
- Deliver User & Business Process Support service activities.
- Working on the agreed scheduled activities as per the SOP
Specifications & Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Quick learner, motivated team player and customer focused.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrates ownership of assigned responsibilities and seek continuous improvement.
- Rigorous, disciplined approach to work. Always adheres to procedures.
- Able to efficiently prioritize work and keep stakeholders informed on the progress.
- Ability to work within challenging environment with tight delivery timelines.
- Flexibility of shift timings.
- Basic knowledge of Supply Chain Management/ previous master data management experience.
- Pharma based supply chain knowledge preferred.
- Knowledge on service Now is an added advantage
