Customer support advisor will be responsible for customer service and handling Telecom process related enquires from the customer end. Provide and share information with customer by leveraging available tools and information. Via Call Support
- Mandatory Criteria-
1. Minimum HS Pass 2. Fresher & experienced both can apply. 3. Candidates must have Good Hindi communication skill & must be able read and translate from English to Hindi/ Bengali4. Shift Time : Between 6am to 12am5. No planned leave for upcoming 3 months after joining 6. 9 hours of work including 1 hour break
