Customer Support Associate – Voice Process
Nature of Job: Resolving the banking related queries of the customer via call
Should have Basic communication in English
Should have basic knowledge about Customer Support roles and responsibilities
Should know to handle the customers and resolve their issues
Shifts – Girls: Day shift Rotational (between 7:00 am – 7:00 pm – Any 9 hours)
Boys: Rotational Shifts 24*7 (Any 9 hours)
