Job Description/Skills Required
- 10-12+ years as a Billing Tech Lead, expected to lead 20+ billing team
- Very strong Telecom OSS/BSS experience and worked preferably for a UK Tier-1 Telco with
- stronghold on Core & NextG Fibre products
- e2e Order Mgmt. of WLR, LLU, FTTC, FTTP
- in-depth knowledge of Billing processes (Bill after Cease, Bills Issued in Error, Collections & Payments etc.) of above products with awareness and impact on peripheral systems
- providing special focus on Fibre products, be able to take a lead on the above processes improvements with the stakeholders
- SQL, PLSQL hands-on experience on large databases – working knowledge on key areas – data analysis, loading, migrations, performance tuning, monitoring, resolving complex data retrieval issues
- Deep understanding on automated solutions using Python, Selenium etc, responsible to enhance existing capabilities.
- Capable of triggering rational engagement with key stakeholders including business & customers stakeholders, reseller, partners & related teams
