💼 Job Role: Service Desk – Technical Support (International Voice)
🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer requests via phone, email, and chat support.

Provide first-line helpdesk assistance for Level 1 and some Level 2 issues.

Troubleshoot PC/Laptop hardware & software problems remotely.
-
Support networking issues, VPN configuration, Active Directory, and Outlook setup.

Ensure timely and professional customer support in rotational night shifts.
🎯 Eligibility & Skills:
-
Experience: 0–5 years in Technical Support (Voice process preferred).
-
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.

Minimum 6 months’ experience in International Voice Technical Support preferred for experienced candidates.

Strong knowledge of hardware & software troubleshooting, LAN/WAN networking, VPN setup, and remote support.

Immediate joiners only.

Graduation not mandatory.
