Job Description/Skills Required
Processing inspection copies through Salesforce & maintain customers data base, should have very good understanding on sales cycle (order to cash), inventory types, return & credit order processes. • Updating market feedback into Salesforce and distribution of the market feedback report • Processing of BATCH returns for an agreed set of customers and to an agreed standards • Processing of simple eBook orders through Mantle, download invoice copies from SAP and share it with customers • Knowledge on at least any one ERP, should have good understanding on sales order processes like standard order, trial order, subscription based orders etc. • Helping with, and running data cleansing activities on A2R, and CORE/CUPAdmin, Salesforce (CRM system), activating IP numbers and A2R subscriber numbers on CORE Requires aptitude for being systematic, thorough and accurate. • Setting up users in CoreAdmin, updating their IP addresses • Should have very good Excel skills, to generate & publish usage reports of eBooks & Journals • Excellent communication skills, oral and written. Especially, good written communication skills are essential for collaborating with customers, stake holders & internal team members. • It will be helpful to have knowledge on E-commerce business process (Amazon) ADDITIONAL DUTIES • To carry out any other duties which may be reasonably expected of you by your immediate manager or a senior director.
