Role & Responsibilities:
- GST Calculation: Calculate GST liabilities for the organization.
- GST Returns: Prepare and file GST returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and GSTR-9C.
- GST Compliance: Ensure compliance with GST rules and regulations, addressing any compliance issues promptly.
- GST Audits: Assist with internal and external GST audits, providing necessary documentation and records (ASMT10, Sec 65).
- Liaison with Authorities: Coordinate with GST authorities, address notices or queries, and facilitate inspections if required.
- GST Documentation: Prepare and maintain documentation related to GST registrations, returns, and other compliance matters.
- Specialized Exposure: Experience with GST SEZ units and GST Investigation (DGSFT/Investigation).
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Qualifications: MCom, CMA Inter, CA Inter, or BCom with relevant experience.
- Skills: Proficient in GST calculation, return filing, compliance, and audits.
- Attributes: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with authorities.
