Job description
- Must be a Graduate or equivalent.
- Able to read & write/entry in English, Speak English/ Hindi or any other regional language as per requirement.
- Language proficiency & communication skills should be high
- Able to communicate confidently and politely, with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Experience of at least 2 years in a Contact Centre, in direct selling/ telemarketing or relevant job profile in the service industry or Experience of at least 1 year in a Contact Centre as Senior CSA.
- Awareness about Banking products and services (Preferred)
- Presentable skills for customer facing channels like Video Chat, Co- Browsing etc.
Shifts
Male: 24×7 (9 hours rotational)
Female: 8 am – 9 pm (9 hours rotational)
6 Days working, 1 rotational off
