Role Overview

TCS is hiring finance professionals for Order to Cash (O2C) / Accounts Receivable operations, handling billing, collections, dispute resolution, and revenue accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Cash applications & payment posting

• Billing & invoice processing

• Sending invoices to customers

• Identifying & resolving billing errors

• Issuing credit notes with approvals

• Customer dispute resolution

• Revenue accrual & accounting

• Accounts receivable reconciliation

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 15 years regular education (10+2+3)

• Non-technical finance graduates:

  • B.Com

  • M.Com

  • MBA (Finance)

  • CA Inter / ICWA Inter

• Flexible for night & rotational shifts

• Registered EP ID (EPCN) mandatory

Experience Required

• Minimum 2 years in:

  • O2C / Order to Cash

  • Accounts Receivable

  • Billing & collections
