Job Description/Skills Required
- Assisting in Complying to all Statutory & audit requirements
- Bank Payment/Cash Payment Preparation & Entry
- Salary Processing; Payroll Data For Employess Salary Deduction & Salary Disbursment to all banks
- Disbursement of Cash Payment , Maintaining Cash Record
- Entering Bank payments & Cash payments in Tally and Reconciliation of bank statement.
- GST related work at the unit level.
- Timely Compliance of various MIS like Fixed Cost,Debotrs Outstanding ,Invtory ageing etc
- Providing Debtor position, Cheque bounce report and other information required to sales Admin & Team of HO for WC meeting.
- A/c Statement to customers:- Hard copies of A/c statement to customers are sent on monthly basis.
- Complete AS 18 reconciliation
