Job Role or Description
- a) IDT (Indirect Tax) inputs during Bidding, optimisation of Tax incidence to become more competitive .
- b) Proficient in GST compliance viz filing of monthly returns GSTR 1 & 3B, Annual Returns 9 & 9C for multiple states.
- c) Handling GST refunds TDS, SEZ, Export & Inverted Duty.
- d) Handling GST Audit queries, coordination with GST department at various levels, attending physical hearings.
- e) Giving technical tax inputs to Projects during execution, implementation of the same and achieve liquidation of tax assets.
- f) Structuring of subcontracts to avoid IDT build up in case of inverted duty projects.
- g) Working closely with business and resolving issues raised by customer / client.
